The William Kilbourn Memorial Lecture is part of the Annual Heritage Toronto Awards. The William Kilbourn Memorial Lecture was launched in 1996 to honour the memory of William Kilbourn, an academic, writer, politician, mentor and champion of the arts and humanities, who was passionately dedicated to the city of Toronto.
